How do I associate my account with a phone number?

You may associate your account with a phone number by acquiring an SMS code. Please follow the instructions on the account association page.

Once you establish the association you will see a message informing you that the process will complete in 72 hours (three days). This means the association was successful and will become active after 72 hours. This grace period will allow you to cancel the association without using a mobile phone in case a malicious person accesses your account and attempts to associate it with their device.
